How does the 14-day free trial work?

Regardless of which plan you want, all free trial accounts are on the Platinum Plan.  Free trial accounts are fully functional except for marketing autoresponders, which are only available on paid plans.

No need to enter a credit card, and absolutely no commitment or contracts of any kind.

Upon signing up for your trial, you’ll receive instructions in your email which includes a link to select a plan when you’re ready to continue.  Simply follow the link and select your plan.  You’ll receive an invoice, and we hit the ground running.

Which plan should I choose?

Every business is unique, and we are happy to help you select a plan if you can’t decide on your own. 

Here are a few guidelines you can use: 

For businesses who serve consumers directly (B2C) and do not have a complicated business model, the Silver Plan would likely suit you well.  

For those who serve both consumers and businesses (B2C + B2B), or whose business model is more complex and nuanced, we recommend the Gold Plan.  

If your business strictly serves other businesses (B2B), or if your business model is complex and highly nuanced, the Platinum Plan will be best for you.  

Without a doubt, any company could benefit from any of these plans, but this should help sort out which plan is right for you. 

What happens when my free trial expires?

That’s entirely up to you! You can select a plan and get started at any time before or after the end of your free trial.  Simply confirm your account using the link in the introductory email from our portal, and you’ll be presented with options to sign up. 

What does "Setup & training" include and why do I need it?

OnePoint is an incredibly robust platform that can be time-consuming to try to learn by yourself.  It can be done, but it increases the height of the initial learning curve and presents unexpected challenges.

We want you to be as successful as you can be, and we want to get you there as quickly as possible.  To accomplish this, we will set up your portal for you with your branding, logos, colors, etc. so it will be completely ready to use right away with no wasted time or effort.

We will need to have a brief call to get to know your business so we can understand what kind of automations and setup you would need.  Then, we will create basic workflows for you directly in your portal.

No muss, no fuss.

Once we’ve created your workflows designed for YOUR processes, we will have another call to go over with you what we built, so you understand how it works. This gives you the tools to continue automating on your own as your business grows, with the option to lean on us for assistance.
